(HBO) - Football, the king's sport seems to be for men only, but not so. In recent years, this sport has gradually won the hearts of women in Tu Ly commune (Da Bac). Besides playing volleyball and badminton, they are also actively involved in practicing and competing in this king sports. Women's football is one of the strengths of the movement of mass physical training and sports in Tu Ly commune.

The players of Tu Ly women's football team (Da Bac) in a competition in the women's football tournament Da Bac district.

Tu Ly commune is always mentioned by the movement of mass sports. In 2019, the commune excellently won the first prize in the district’s traditional cross-country and the women's football tournaments.

Each person has a job, a profession and belonging to a different age group, but when wearing the competition outfit, the non-professional players all devote themselves to giving the audience attractive balls. The matches always receive enthusiastic support from the audience.

Every day at about 5 or 6 p.m. or at more than 8 p.m., women take advantage of time together to practice. Each training session lasts more than one hour. Currently in Tu Ly commune there are 10 women's football teams of the villages, 1 commune’s team and 14 sports courts, of which 4 football fields are spontaneous. The spontaneous sports courts are not flat and it is easy to be injured, making it difficult for women in practice sessions. The fire of passion and the exciting atmosphere do not fall down before every match for the above-mentioned reasons.

The movement of practicing women's football in Tu Ly commune has created a healthy playing field and it helps improve the health, creating an opportunity for women to connect and understand each other better. Thereby, it helps improve the performance of the associations and unions. At the same time, it contributes to promoting the movement of mass sports at grassroots.

In the coming time, it needs the attention from to the sports sector of the province, the Party committee, the authorities of the commune, the agencies and the enterprises in the area to invest, overcoming difficulties on the training ground so the movement of physical training and sports in Tu Ly commune is developing more and more comprehensive.
