(HBO) - In recent years, the work of vocational guidance and job creation for young people has been paid attention to by all levels and sectors and achieved many positive results. The propaganda on careers and jobs for young people has been implemented by various levels of the provincial Youth Communist Union in the various and practical forms.

The youth Communist Union of Da Bac district have visited the models, encouraging and supporting the documents and knowledge of goat farming for the young people with the startup ideas. 

The Provincial Youth Communist Union has promulgated the project "the Youth entrepreneurship in Hoa Binh province in the period of 2018 – 2022”. Thereby, they have organized 12 direct and online training programs on entrepreneurship for the officials of the Youth Communist Union and Association at the provincial and district levels for the members of the Youth Communist Union who are interested in starting a business in the whole province. At the same time, they have coordinated to organize 4 "Creative and start-up Forums of Hoa Binh Youth” with more than 1,000 delegates who are the young entrepreneurs, the typical young people in economic development and the young people who are students. They have organized 4 contests "The creative start-up ideas for the young people in the province” with the participation of more than 100 ideas and projects of the young people in the fields of tourism, agriculture, services, education, technology...; They have also held the contest "Challenging the business initiatives” among the ethnic minority youth with 16 projects, of which 2 projects won the gold prize and received a support of 120 million VND each project. During the n2018-2022 term, in the whole province, there have been 20 ideas and projects to participate in the contest "Creative start-up ideas for the rural youth” organized by the Central Youth Communist Union. 

In supporting the young people to borrow capital for developing economy, the Provincial Youth Communist Union has developed and implemented the project "Preferential credit program to support youth start-ups” in the period of 2017-2020, actively coordinating with the provincial Bank of Social Policies, the Central Youth Communist Union to well maintain the trust loan, 120 capital. Up to now, the outstanding loan balance of the provincial VBSP is 924,931 billion VND with 615 loan groups, 23,158 borrowers, through 16 lending programs; the National Employment Fund's capital allocated through the channel of the Central Youth Communist Union is 1,402 million VND with 25 projects being implemented. These projects basically bring high economic efficiency, helping the young people step out of poverty, creating many jobs in the locality.

In addition, the Youth Communist Union at all levels have cooperated in providing career guidance counseling in high schools, vocational education and continuing education centers, combining the vocational guidance activities with the vocational training. As a result, in the whole province, they have held 30 job sessions, 122 career counseling sessions for students, attracting the participation of over 72,110 turns of students; 11,336 young people were offered jobs, of which 5,828 young people have been employed. 

In the period of 2022 - 2025, the province has set a target that the young people will be supported with loans of 100 billion VND to start a business, establish a business and develop the economy; 50 creative start-up projects of the young people are supported by the Youth Communist Union at all levels. Every year, 20,000 turns of youth receive career and job counseling; 3,000 young people are consulted, supported and offered jobs. 

In order to achieve the set goals, according to Mr. Hoang Xuan Giao, the Secretary of the Provincial Youth Communist Union, it is necessary to focus on promoting propaganda, raising awareness, knowledge and capacity of officials of the Youth Communist Union and youths on economic development; start-up, innovation, career counseling, job offer, vocational training. It is necessary to focus on communication and replication of the successful youth business models. It is also necessary to accompany with the youth in economic development such as establishing, maintaining and replicating the effective the ecomomic models of youth. It is suggested encouraging young people to develop economic models in the service sector, based on the application of scientific and technological achievements, towards a green economy. It is important to actively coordinate and participate in the implementation of the OCOP Program. It is necessary to effectively exploit and use the capital from the National Employment Fund, the capital from the VBSP and mobilize the socialization sources to support young people to borrow capital for economic development...
