(HBO) – Hoa Binh’s industrial production index was estimated to increase by 23.35% in February against January and 39.07% compared with February 2022.

Specifically, the mining industry saw an estimated increase of
8.26%, and processing and manufacturing 15.52%. Electricity, gas, hot water,
steam, and air-conditioning production and distribution grew by about 33.71%.
The water supply, wastewater, and waste management and treatment sectors saw
their indexes decrease by 12.92%.
The overall index of the first two months posted a year-on-year
increase of 4.71%.
Also in February, the local export value neared 120.35 million
USD, up 4.66% against the previous month, up 5.51% compared with the same
period last year, and reached 13.88% of this year’s plan.
Its import turnover was estimated at 94.924 million USD, growing
3.46% against the previous month, 8.01% compared to the same period last year,
and accounting for 17.02% of this year’s plan./.
