(HBO) - The Standing Committee of the provincial Fatherland Front Committee on May 6 presented 50 boxes of Omachi instant noodle to the provincial Social Welfare Centre to assist disadvantaged people who are under care there. The gifts were given by donors through the provincial Fatherland Front Committee.

The provincial Social
Welfare Centre is taking care of 207 people, including 15 elderly people, 144
persons with severe disabilities, and 42 orphans.
In response to the
provincial Fatherland Front Committee’s appeal, the province has received cash
and goods worth over 7 billion VND. Of the total, 130 units, 39 banks and
businesses and 10 individuals have donated cash worth 1.55 billion VND and
commodities worth 575 million VND via the provincial Fatherland Front Committee,
while the Fatherland Front committees of Hoa Binh city and districts have
received 1.59 billion VND in cash and goods worth 3.73 billion VND.

the aid is sent to right people./.
Officials of Hoa Binh province led by Bui Van Khanh, Vice Secretary of the provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee, along with others from the provinces also taking part in a programme on promoting Vietnamese localities in the US and Canada, visited and had a working session with the Consulate General of Vietnam in Houston on April 24 (local time).
