(HBO) – The Party Organisation of the Hoa Binh Public Security Force has eight subordinate Party organisations, 20 Party cells and 47 Party cells under the Party organisations. As part of efforts to implement the directions of the Party Central Committee, the provincial Party Committee and the Central Public Security Party Committee, the Standing Board of the Hoa Binh Public Security Party Committee has focused on popularising and realising the Resolutions adopted at Party Congresses at all levels as well as the action plans to implement the resolutions at all levels to suit the real situation in each unit. The efforts have helped raise awareness and create consensus in thinking and action in the entire Party Organisation.

Colonel Le Xuan Minh, Director of the provincial Department of Public Security,
said that the force has stuck to guidelines and directions of the Central
Public Security Party Committee and the Standing Board of the provincial Party
Committee during the implementation of the Party resolutions with specific
measures and targets through many programmes and projects.
Creativity and reform has been seen during the work, including the
decentralisation and empowerment of police in communes, the definition of major
tasks and the assigning of specific targets in each programme and plan for
particular units.
Right after the 13th National Party Congress, the provincial public security
force has shown strong performance in ensuring political security and social
order and safety for the elections of deputies to the 15th National Assembly
and all-level People’s Councils in the 2021-2026 tenure. The force managed to
effectively fight the strong sabotage from hostile forces at home and abroad.
The outcomes of the efforts to implement the resolutions and implement projects
and programmes have greatly contributed to the safeguarding of security and
order in the province, with strong progress seen since the Party Congress at
all levels were held.
Along with controlled criminal situation, the number of traffic accidents have
reduced. Particularly, the ratio of successful investigations reached the
record level at 93.32 percent in the first six months of this year, higher than
the set target of 75 percent. Meanwhile, 100 percent of dangerous and extremely
dangerous cases drawing public attention were successfully investigated.

In mid-May, the provincial Museum organised an exhibition named "Duoi la co Dang Cong san Viet Nam quang vinh” (Under the flag of the glorious Communist Party of Vietnam). This meaningful activity took place in the joyful atmosphere to celebrate the country's major holidays and the Party congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term, towards the 14th National Party Congress.
A delegation from Hoa Binh province led by Colonel Trinh Duc Thiem, Commander of the provincial Military Command, completed a mission to visit and encourage officers and soldiers stationed on Truong Sa and a DK1 platform from May 20 to 26 as part of activities of the Vietnam People’s Navy. The delegation included 12 senior officials from various provincial agencies and units.
Storytelling and painting contests honouring President Ho Chi Minh have been held at the Hoa Binh provincial Youth Activity Centre.
The Hoa Binh provincial People's Committee held a gathering at the provincial Military Command headquarters on May 20 to commend the armed forces that took part in a military parade celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification on April 30.
Throughout his revolutionary life, Uncle Ho visited Hoa Binh province four times. He also sent dozens of letters, telegrams, greeting cards, and heartfelt messages to local officials, Party members, and people of all ethnic groups, urging them to remain united, support one another, strive for progress, and actively engage in both production and resistance efforts to build a prosperous homeland.
To unlock the full potential of its forest resources, the standing board of the provincial Party Committee on July 30, 2020 issued a Resolution on the sustainable development of production forests through 2025, with a vision toward 2030.
