(HBO) - At exactly 8 am this morning (December 8th), at the hall of the Youth Communist Union, the Parliamentary delegation and the delegates of the Provincial People's Council took par in the the opening session of the regular meeting at the end of 2022, the 17th Provincial People's Council, term 2021 - 2026.

There were Mr. Nguyen Phi Long, the alternate member of the Central Committee of the Party, the Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee: Ms. Nguyen Thi Phu Ha, the Vice Chairman of the Economic and Budgetary Committee of the National Assembly; Mr. Bui Van Khanh, the Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; the leaders of the People's Committee, the Provincial Fatherland Front; the delegates to the 15th National Assembly of the province; the leaders of a number of departments and branches...Mr. Bui Duc Hinh, the Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Ms. Nguyen Thi Cam Phuong, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Mr. Vo Ngoc Kien, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council chaired the meeting.

According to the program, the meeting takes place in 2 days, December 8-9 with the main contents:

In the morning of December 8, from 7:30 a.m., a Preparatory Meeting is held to approve the meeting agenda, to assign a Secretary and announce a number of contents related to the meeting.

The official meeting: After the opening speech, the participants listens to the report (the summary) on: The implementation of the socio-economic development plan in 2022; the finalization of the local budget in 2021; status of implementation of state budget revenue and expenditure tasks in 2022 and state budget estimate in 2023; The report (the summary) of Standing Board of Vietnam Fatherland Front of the province on thr front work participating in building the people's government in 2022 and a number of opinions and recommendations; The report (the summary) on the results of settlement of voters' petitions after the 8th Session, the 17th Provincial People's Council; the implemented results on the conclusion report on the contents questioned by the Provincial People's Council at the 8th Session and 7 submissions and the reports (the summary) on verification of branches and fields.

In the afternoon, the delegates listens to: The report (the summary) on verification of reports and draft resolutions of the Legal Department submitted at the regular meeting at the end of 2022, the 17th Provincial People's Council; the report (the summary) on the the draft Resolutions of the Culture and Society Committee submitted at the regular meeting at the end of 2022; presenting in group of 5 presentations on socio-economic development; The report (the summary) on the verification of the draft resolutions of the Economic - Budget Committee presented at the regular meeting at the end of 2022; summarizing the report of the Monitoring Delegation of the Provincial People's Council on the observance of the law in the implementation of the order and procedures for the registration of land and assets attached to land; granting the certificates of land use rights, the ownership of houses and other land-attached assets in Hoa Binh province and a number of other important contents. Then, delegates of the Provincial People's Council discuss in the group the contents presented at the meeting.

On December 9, in the morning, the delegates of the Provincial People's Council continue discussing the contents presented at the meeting in groups.

In the afternoon, there is a discussion and questioning session at the conference hall and the content of the personnel work. After that, the report on the acquisition and explanation of the contents related to the draft resolutions; approval of the resolutions and the closing ceremony.

The opening session, discussion and question-and-answer session at the hall are televised and broadcast live on the Provincial Radio and Television Station and the electronic Hoa Binh Newspaper.
