To achieve the set goals and targets, the provincial People's Committee set forth 12 groups of solutions and 160 specific tasks for each department, sector and locality, with focus on continuing economic restructuring; innovating the growth model; improving productivity, quality and efficiency to create a driving force for economic growth; improving the business and investment environment; and boosting economic growth in association with comprehensive and concerted development of socio-cultural fields, ensuring social security, improving locals' living standards, and maintaining defence security.

Nguyen Phi Long, alternate member of the Party Central Committee and Secretary of the provincial Party Committee, emphasised that despite many difficulties, the province made efforts to basically complete the set targets in 2022.

This year is the pivotal year to implement the Resolutions of the Party Congresses at all levels. However, difficulties remain, requiring a great political determination, and joint efforts to create a responsible and effective working environment, for the development of the province.
