In the afternoon of December 21, the provincial working delegation led by Mr. Bui Duc Hinh, the Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Council visited and congratulated Phat Diem Diocese (Kim Son district, Ninh Binh province) on the occasion of Christmas in 2023. There was also the participation of Mr. Bui Tien Luc, the Member of the Standing Committee, the Head of the Mass Mobilization of the Provincial Party Committee, the Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front and leaders from the Department of Home Affairs, the Provincial Public Security and the Provincial People's Committee Office.

Phat Diem Diocese currently has more than 161 thousand parishioners, including 9 dioceses with 86 parishes. Our province has Khoan Du Parish (Lac Thuy), Di Dan Parish (Yen Thuy) belonging to Phat Diem Diocese.

On behalf of the Provincial Party Committee, the People's Council, the People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front of the province, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and the Chairman of the Provincial People's Council sent Phat Diem Diocese good wishes and a peaceful and warm Christmas season. He informed about the outstanding results of the province's economic, cultural, social, security and defense development in 2023. The work of building the Party, government, Fatherland Front and unions was carried out effectively.
