The launching ceremony of the model "Preserving and promoting the cultural values of the Muong ethnic group" and the Cultural and Sports Festival of ethnic groups in Dan Chu ward, Hoa Binh city, Hoa Binh province took place on March 2024.

Leaders of Dan Chu ward awarded the Decision to establish the model "Preserving and promoting Muong ethnic cultural values".

The model "Preserving and promoting the cultural values of the Muong people" contributes to preserving, conserving and promoting the value of cultural heritage and good traditions of the Muong people. Beside, promoting and introducing the land and people of Dan Chu ward, gradually building unique tourism products to attract tourists.

At the ceremony, the ward leaders handed over the Decision to establish the Model Steering Committee and the Decision to establish the Club "Preserving and promoting Muong ethnic cultural values" in residential groups.

The 2024 Dan Chu Ward Ethnic Culture and Sports Festival takes place with a lot of attractive activities such as: Muong ethnic costume performance; Muong gong concert performance by more than 200 artisans; folk dance ensemble; display of traditional booths; some folk games (throwing shuttlecocks, pushing sticks, walking on stilts)…
