(HBO) – In order to welcome to the 87th anniversary of the foundation of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (26/3/1931 - 26/3/2018), at the cultural center of the district, Kim Boi District Youth Union in collaboration with the District Center of Literature, Culture and Sports already organized the Youth Volleyball Tournament in 2018.

In this year's tournament, there are 42 teams with two contents of men's volleyball and women's volleyball. In which, there are 23 men's teams and 19 women's teams with 420 athletes from 32 grassroots Youth Branches. The youth volleyball tournament has created a healthy playing field, the competitive spirit of the youth force in the district. The tournament has contributed to promoting the movements of physical training and sports, following the example of Great Uncle Ho's for the youth force.

 During the two days of the tournament, the teams gave the audience many phases of attacking, leaving the ball beautifully with a deep impression.


The organizers awarded the first, second and third prizes in 2 contents of women’s volleyball and men's volleyball for teams.

At the end of the tournament, the organizers awarded the first men's volleyball to the Youth Union of Hop Dong Commune, the second prize for Ha Bi Commune; the third one for Bac Son Commune. In the content of women's volleyball: the first prize was awarded to Kim Son commune, the second prize for Binh Son commune and the third prize was given to Nat Son. In addition, the organizers awarded the best attacking player to Bui Van Nam - Hop Dong Commune and Bui Thuy Duong - Kim Son commune.

On February 23, the Hoa Binh Department of Culture, Sports, and Tourism, in collaboration with the General Department of Sports and Physical Training’s karate division and the provincial Karate federation, organised the 2025 national karate dan promotion exam at the provincial sports arena.
