On November 14, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Hoa Binh province organized a meeting with athletes participating in the 13th National Ethnic Minority Sports Competition, Region I, 2023.

The contest will take place in Cao Bang province from November 15 - 25. There are more than 60 Hoa Binh province's athlete delegation competing 7 sports: volleyball, stick pushing, tug of war, shuttlecock tossing, tu lu, cross country, crossbow shooting. The team strives to win 12 medals of all kinds and reach the top 5 units with excellent achievements.
At the meeting, leaders of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism hope that the athletes will try their best to compete, achieve high results and bring glory to Hoa Binh province.
