In the morning of January 10, the Provincial People's Committee held the Groundbreaking Ceremony of Nhuan Trach Industrial Park Project in Luong Son District. Mr. Nguyen Phi Long, the alternate member of the Party Central Committee, the Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Mr. Bui Duc Hinh, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee presented flowers to congratulate the investor of Nhuan Trach Industrial Park Project in Luong Son District.

The project of Nhuan Trach Industrial Park is located on the administrative boundaries of Nhuan Trach and Cu Yen communes with a scale of more than 213 hectares. The project has a total investment of more than 2,389 billion VND, including the following items: the site clearance, leveling, traffic, drainage, water supply, fire prevention and fighting, power supply and lighting system, wastewater treatment plant, service operator, green belt and other auxiliary works.

Nhuan Trach Industrial Park is adjacent to Xuan Mai town, Chuong My district (Hanoi), more than 2 km from the National Highway 6, easily connecting with the key economic regions via National Highway 21A, Ho Chi Minh road. The industrial park is also located on the traffic axis of the regional connection when is 35 km away from Hoa Binh City, 45 km away from Hanoi capital, 60 km from Noi Bai International Airport and 150 km from Hai Phong port.

Hoa Phu - Hoa Binh Co., Ltd. - the project investor aims to build Nhuan Trach Industrial Park into a model multi-industry industrial park of Hoa Binh province, a destination of success for domestic and international investors. It is expected that after completion, the industrial park will create about 15,000 - 30,000 new direct jobs and about 10,000 indirect jobs through trade and services for the locality and the neighboring areas. Thereby, it helps increasing the revenue for the state budget, contributing to the economic restructuring of the province.

Making the speech at the groundbreaking ceremony, Mr. Bui Duc Hinh, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized that in order for the project to be completed and put into operation soon, the departments, branches, and the People's Committee of Luong Son district need to pay attention and coordinate to quickly resolve the administrative procedures as well as resolve the difficulties and problems. At the same time, it is necessary to create the favorable conditions for Phu My Group and the contractors to implement the project quickly, in accordance with the legal regulations, and promptly report to competent the authorities to handle the problems arising during the implementation process. It is requested that Phu My Group, the contractors, and the consultants ensure to construction the project on schedule, with the quality and without delay; strictly complying with the legal regulations on investment and construction management, ensuring the absolute labor safety and environmental sanitation during the construction, and trying to complete the project earlier than planned.
