(HBO) - On 8th May, Luong Son District Political Training Center organized the First Competition of Excellent Political Theory Lecturers in 2018. This competition was participated by 6 candidates, including full-time lecturers, district staff cum. lecturers. Those candidates had to experience through 3 parts: Composing lesson plans, giving the lecture and answering behavior questions.


The leaders of Luong Son district Committee awarded certificates of merit and awards to winners at the competition.

 

The competition content includes all the lessons in the program of training and fostering political theory issued and guided by the Central Commission for Propaganda and Training, such as the Program of Studying Politics for Preparation Party Participation People; political theories for new Party members; The Party's training programs for party secretaries and grassroots level committee members; specialized training programs; primary program of political theory; the program of fostering political and professional theories for the Youth Union members, members of socio-political organizations. The time limit for each contestant is no longer than 30 minutes.

Throughout the competition, a number of political staff cum lecturers and political lecturers have been trained and gained experience in teaching, contributing to the assessment of the competence of the lecturers and political staff cum lecturers teaching political theory. As a result, there will be a plan for training and fostering to improve the professional development for the lecturers in the coming time. At the same time, the competition aimed to detect and solve inadequacies timely in teaching methods, supporting and encouraging the whole team of political lecturers and trainers to be more passionate about their job.

At the end of the competition, the organizers awarded 1 first prize, 1 second prize, 1 third prize and 3 consolation prizes. Mr. Hoang Viet Hong, Member of the Board, Head of the District Propaganda Committee successfully won the first prize of the competition.
