(HBO) – Cao phong district has recorded remarkable results in simplifying administrative procedures in recent years, winning people's trust.

A series of measures have been implemented to promote administrative reform in Cao Phong district, facilitating the process of handling administrative procedures from individuals and organisations.

In the first six months of 2021, the district’s division of receiving documents and returning results has received 2,621 dossiers in various fields, of which 2, 121 were processed on schedule.

All the ten communes and townships in the district have applied the one-stop-shop mechanism, showing stable and effective operations.

Divisions of receiving documents and returning results of the communes and townships in the district received 6,540 dossiers, with 6,486 of those being processed on schedule.

Chairman of the district People’s Committee Quach Van Ngoan said relevant agencies of the People's Committees of Cao Phong district, communes and townships have closely followed the guidelines and policies of the Party and State and the locality’s annual administrative reform plan.

Special attention has been paid to promoting application of information and technology in State agencies, handling administrative dossiers in all fields through the one-stop-shop mechanism, streamlining personal apparatus.

In the coming time, the district will continue to carry out institutional reform to further promote simplification of administrative procedures, and ensure the correct order in processing administrative transactions between the State administration agencies, and organizations and citizens, towards meeting requirements and tasks of State management in the locality./.
