From 2021 to 2025, Hoa Binh province has prioritized tourism development, especially attracting investment in the tourism sector.
Ngoi Hoa Ecotourism Area in Tan Lạc district stands out as one of the most attractive destinations in Hoa Binh province.
The province welcomes alot of domestic and foreign
investors to explore, research investment, and develop tourism projects. The entire province currently has 170
investment projects in tourism, commerce, and services with a total registered
capital of approximately 26,223 billion VND.
Currently, 18 projects have been constructed and put
into operation, accounting for about 11% of the investment projects in the
tourism sector. Typical projects include
the Huong Binh cable car line in Lạc Thuy district, the Ngoi Hoa ecological
tourism area in Tan Lạc district, and the high-end entertainment area at Kim
Boi hot springs in Kim Boi district.
It is expected that from now until the end of 2025,
four more resort projects will be completed and put into operation in the
province, contributing to improving land use efficiency and creating jobs for
about 500 local workers.
Referred to as fish that is offered to kings, Bangana lemassoni raised in Mai Chau district has gained a foothold in the market over the years due to its delicious flavour. Many restaurants feature dishes from this speciality on their menus, and merchants actively seek it out. Seeing the potential, residents in several communes in the district have maintained and expanded fish farming areas, making it a key product of the locality.
Once a mountainous province facing many challenges, Hoa Binh has, after more than a decade of implementing the national target programme on new-style rural area development, emerged as a bright spot in Vietnam’s northern midland and mountainous region. In the first quarter of 2025, the province recorded positive results, paving the way for Hoa Binh to enter a phase of accelerated growth with a proactive and confident mindset.
Hoa Binh province is steadily advancing its agricultural sector through the adoption of high-tech solutions, seen as a sustainable path for long-term development.
The People's Committee of Hoa Binh Province has issued Plan No. 93 on supporting small and medium -sized enterprises (SMEs) in the province in 2025. Accordingly, it has decided to allocate VND 3.5 billion from the central budget to support these businesses.
