Staff with professional capacity and good communication skills have been arranged to work at Lac Son district's units for receivingdocuments andreturning results.

In the first four months of 2023, the district People's Committee has focused on examining and assessing the responsibility of civil servants in interacting with enterprises, and adjusting the working style of each staff.

Staff with professional capacity and good communication skills have been arranged to work at the district's units for receivingdocuments andreturning results. Meanwhile, regulations on working positions and periodical deadlines for changing positions for public servants have been strictly enforced.

Attention has been paid to promoting the effectiveness of e-administration, encouraging people and businesses to carry out administrative procedures online, and minimising the time for handling administrative procedures, Tung said.

He underlined the need for agencies, organisations, and the People's Committees of communes and towns to take more solutions to address existing shortcomings and limitations in administrative reform in order to improve the DDCI in 2023.

The DDCI is to assess the governance capacity of the district-level authority. In 2022, Lac Son’s ranked 7th among the province's 10 districts and city in the DDCI, down two places compared to 2021./.
