(HBO) - In the morning of July 4th, the Association for Youth ,Young Pioneers and children in Kim Boi District coordinated with the Binh Son Commune’s Communist Youth Union to organize a training session on skills to prevent drowning, accidents and injuries and to open a free swimming class for children with the participation of more than 30 children at the swimming pool in Cuoi hamlet, Binh Son commune.


The trainers are guiding the first aid skills for children when drowning in Cuoi hamlet, Binh Son (Kim Boi).

The class has equipped the learners with the basic swimming skills; coordination techniques of legs, arms, the breathing techniques in breaststroke, long swimming. In addition, through the training course the trainers provide and equip the leaners with knowledge of drowning prevention and control, some skills in handling and first aid in case of drowning. Thereby, it helps equip themselves with the necessary skills to handle the common drowning situations and to grasp the basic swimming skills.
