membership development
The Tu Ly communal Party Organisation now has 433 members across 19 subordinate
Party cells, including 12 residential area cells, four school cells, one
commune health station cell, one public security cell, and one military cell.
With strong leadership and comprehensive strategies, the Party Organisation has
excelled in Party membership development, striving to meet its goals for the
2020–2025 term ahead of schedule.
To effectively develop Party membership, the communal Party Organisation has
built a resolution and plan to identify and nurture prospective members. This
effort aims to strengthen leadership capacity, boost organisational
effectiveness, and rejuvenate the cadre contingent. In 2024 alone, the Party
Organisation registered a list of 30 outstanding individuals for a Party
awareness course, officially admitted six members, and recruited an additional
13. Additionally, it finalised official Party membership for eight individuals
and welcomed nine transferred members.
Duong Kim Tuat, Secretary of Ma hamlet Party cell, highlighted the importance
of early identification and mentorship in the recruitment process. The cell
recruited five new members last year, surpassing its target for the 2022–2025
term and bringing its total membership to 20.
Alongside recruitment efforts, the communal Party Organisation
has placed a strong emphasis on personnel training and capacity-building. In
2024, 10 members attended a professional skill training course, one member
enrolled in an intermediate political theory course, and 11 probationary
members attended new Party member training sessions.
Through innovative and effective approaches to recruitment and
training, the communal Party Organisation has fortified its leadership and
organisational capacity, ensuring the fulfillment of resolutions from Party
congresses at all levels, paving the way for the successful realisation of the
2020–2025 term goals.
