(HBO) - The Standing Board of the Hoa Binh provincial Party Committee held a meeting on November 5 to review the implementation of the Politburo’s Directive No. 35-CT/TW, dated May 30, 2019, on organising all-level Party congresses towards the 13th National Party Congress.

presents certificates of merit to Party units with outstanding performance in
the preparation for and organisation of all-level Party congresses for the
2020-2025 tenure.
To carry out Directive No. 35-CT/TW, Party
committees at different levels in Hoa Binh had held congresses in line with
directions and guidelines issued by the Party Central Committee and the provincial
Party Committee. Documents submitted to the congresses had been prepared
thoroughly while delegates had given high-quality comments on draft documents
to be submitted to higher-level events and the 13th National Party Congress.
The election of new-tenure Party committees and
delegates to higher-level Party congresses and the 13th National Party Congress
had been conducted in a democratic manner in accordance with instructions.
The elected membership of new Party committees
met standards as well as targets in terms of the rates of female, young and
ethnic minority members. Most of the elected members won at least 80 percent of
the vote, and some even 100 percent.
The congresses took place on schedule with
agenda carefully prepared, communications carried out effectively, and
security-order, COVID-19 prevention and control, and logistics ensured.
Addressing the meeting, Secretary of the
provincial Party Committee Ngo Van Tuan spoke highly of the implementation
outcomes of the Politburo’s Directive No. 35-CT/TW in Hoa Binh.
He stressed that in the time ahead, all-level
Party committee and authorities need to popularise and implement Party
congresses’ resolutions; perfect their apparatus, assign tasks to cadres, and
review working regulations; and drastically perform tasks to ensure the
successful realisation of socio-economic development targets for 2020 so as to
create prerequisites for 2021 and the following years.
Besides, he also asked them to intensify
anti-COVID-19 measures and climate change response solutions, further improve
the local investment and business environment, guarantee social security, order
and safety, ensure social welfares for the poor and contributors to the nation,
and carry out good preparations for the election of deputies to the 15th-tenure
National Assembly and all-level People’s Councils for 2021-2026.
At the event, the Standing Board of the
provincial Party Committee presented merit certificates to 20 Party units and
30 Party members with outstanding performance in preparing for and organising
all-level Party congresses for 2020-2025./.
