On February 2, 2023, the Party Central Committee’s Commission for Internal Affairs and the Su That (Truth) National Political Publishing House launched a book titled "Resolutely, persistently fightingcorruptionand negative phenomena to contribute to building the more transparent and stronger Party and State",written by Party General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong, head of the Central Steering Committee for Corruption and Negative Phenomena Prevention and Control.

Under the provincial Party Committee’s directions, the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies’ Bloc on April 13 issued a document asking grassroots Party units to introduce the book to their entire cadres, Party members, and employees.

Meanwhile, implementing the Politburo’s Directive No 05 and Conclusion No 01 on the enhancement of studying and following President Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, moral example and style, the Bloc’s Party Committee in February launched the building of a model which encourages leaders to set good examples and their subordinates to follow. After two months of methodological and substantive implementation, all Party members of the bloc’s Party organisation completed making plans on the model implementation.

In addition, the bloc’s Party organisation has also stepped up the implementation of many other important and practical issues such as enhancing administrative discipline; promoting the efficiency and effectiveness of public service supply, and the sense of responsibility of cadres, civil servants, public employees and leaders to improve the investment climate and the provincial competitiveness; and developing the contingent of cadres at all levels, especially the strategic level.

Hoang Thi Hoai Phuong, head of the information and education board under the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies’ Bloc, said the activities have been carried out on the basis of the resolution on increasing the Party building and rectification, the prevention and fight against the degradation in political thought, morality and lifestyle, along with "self-evolution” and "self-transformation”, issued at the fourth session of the 12th-tenure Party Central Committee; Directive No 10-CT/TW on improving the quality of Party cells’ activities, issued by the Secretariat of the 10th-tenure Party Central Committee on March 30, 2007; Guidance No 12-HD/BTCTW on improving the quality of Party cells’ activities, issued by the Party Central Committee’s Organisation Commission on July 6, 2018; as well as other relevant directions and guidance of the province. Thanks to that, fruitful results have been recorded.
