(HBO) – Located about 300 meters from provincial road No. 436, Trang Waterfall (Trang means the moon in Vietnamese) in Trang hamlet, Do Nhan commune (Tan Lac district) has become the ideal destination for visitors on hot summer days.

In many years, Trang Waterfall in Trang hamlet, Do Nhan commune (Tan Lac district) has become an attractive site on hot summer days

With three tiers of waterfall that are only a few dozen meters apart, Trang Waterfall has become a tourism site to attract a large number of people to visit and cool off on hot summer days. As soon as going to the Trang hamlet cultural house, it is the image of white foam waterfall with a height of about 20 meters. The first cascade is not very sloping. In the middle of waterfall, there is an old tree, the shadow of which covers waterfall and creates an ideal place for visitors to bathe. The second cascade is just above and only about 3 meters high. At the foot of the waterfall, it is a puddle as a mini pool. However, the local people advised that on the flood days, tourists should not have a bath in this waterfall.

To continue going upstream about 50 meters, it is the cascade that many tourists are most interested. This cascade is about 5 meters high and steep, and water flows down from the top to form a deep puddle of over 2 meters. With clear, blue and cool water, in spite of hot summer days, tourists just soak in the water for a few minutes and must sunbathe then.

Trang Waterfall has many advantages to develop tourism in the future. With beautiful pristine scenery and great tourism potential, Trang Waterfall is one of the landscapes considered in the planning tourism development of Tan Lac district. In order to ensure the security, at present, Do Nhan Commune People’s Committee has established a self-management team. However, because the infrastructure for tourism has not been constructed, the peaceful waterfall has not been effective in economic developments. Even so, with the location near provincial road No. 436, the traffic is quite convenient, therefore, Trang Waterfall becomes an ideal place to "cool off” on hot summer days.
