We can visit the complex of Le Loi Monument relics – Thac Bo Lord temple from Hoa Binh city by going through 435 road to Thung Nai wharf (Cao Phong), then going by waterway for about 20-30 minutes or we can travel by tourist boat from Bich Ha port (Hoa Binh city) within an hour and a half.
