(HBO) - Hoa Binh Tourism joint Stock Company on April 28 launched a green tour of a community cultural hamlet of Muong ethnic group in Suoi Hoa commune and experience water games at the floating house complex in Ngoi hamlet in Tan Lac district’s Suoi Hoa commune.

Located in the Hoa Binh Lake National Tourism Complex, Ngoi
hamlet has a pristine beauty and boasts a typical cultural identity of Muong
people. In recent years, the Hoa Binh Tourism JSC has invested in, together
with locals, building an ecotourism site and community-based tourism sites with
the aim of contributing to preserving natural landscapes and boosting
sustainable economic and cultural development. In addition, the company also
put into operation a water park, with many attractive water games and a
floating restaurant to serve tourists and generate jobs and stable incomes for
tens of local households.
On the day of launching the tour, hundreds of tourists
experienced and participated in a lucky draw to win vouchers to use
preferential services, watch a boat racing of local households that are engaged
in homestay services, experienced water games, visited tourist sites and
homestays, and enjoyed a party at Da Giang floating restaurant./.
Tan Lac district’s three highland communes of Quyet Chien, Ngo Luong, and Van Son sit at altitudes ranging from 800 to 1,000 metres above sea level. Known for their wide forest coverage and rich biodiversity, the areas boast a cool, temperate climate in summer and is home to several scenic spots and caves recognised as provincial and national heritage sites. The survey on selecting and developing the new tourism products and tours.
On September 27th and 28th, the Department of Culture, Sports, and Tourism collaborated with Hanoi Unesco Travel Club to organize a survey program to select and develop the new tourism products and tours that highlight the unique features of the lake region in Da Bac district. The survey group included the experts for developing the tourism product, the members of the Vietnam Travel Club, the Vietnam Travel Association, the representatives from businesses, travel companies, domestic and international tourism operators, and media agencies from both inside and outside the province.

The People's Committee of Hoa Binh province hosted a conference on August 22 to evaluate the implementation of a project to develop Hoa Binh Lake tourist area into a national tourist area by 2025. Nguyen Van Toan, Permanent Vice Chairman of the provincial People's Committee and head of the steering committee for implementing the project, presided over the conference.
