(HBO) – As it is currently the peak time of spring festivals, tourists travelling to the Hoa Binh reservoir have been on the rise, posing risks for traffic safety.

Per order of the provincial People’s Committee, relevant sectors, units and localities are rolling measures to guarantee traffic safety in the reservoir area.

Flows of vehicles and tourists to Hoa Binh reservoir increase in early days of the new lunar year.

Relevant forces are to impose fines on vehicles that violate regulations, including those lack of registration and carrying excess weight and passengers.

A hotline is set up and publicised on the media, wharves and vehicles to timely receive feedback. Inspections are bolstered to keep watch on violations of passenger and freight transport vehicles in Da river and Hoa Binh reservoir.
