From public investment capital for the period 2021 - 2025, Hoa Binh province has allocated 352.6 billion VND for tourism infrastructure projects. Many important projects are arranged with public investment capital; 2 projects using ODA capital.
The work of attracting investment in the tourism sector is paid attention and promoted to realize the goal of building Hoa Binh into a major tourism center in the Northern midlands and mountainous regions, an attractive destination for tourists in the region, domestic and foreigners, contributing to the socio-economic development of the province.
The People's Committee of Hoa Binh province has just issued Plan No. 128 to implement the Prime Minister’s Directive No. 08 dated February 23, 2024 on comprehensive, rapid and sustainable tourism development in Hoa Binh province.
To turn Hoa Binh Lake into a national tourism area, the Standing Board of the Hoa Binh provincial Party Committee on June 22, 2017 issued Resolution No. 14-NQ/TU on developing the Hoa Binh Lake tourism area.
