HBO - By the end of February 2019, there are 805,418 people participating in health insurance in whole province, reaching 94.4% of the population. Besides, the number of people participating in social insurance is 75,925 people. The insurance of health insurance and social insurance books is sufficient and timely, facilitating participants. The health
sector strictly implemented the medical examination, treatment and health care
for the people; actively, proactively prevent and combat epidemics and
decentralization according to regulations of the Ministry of Health. It’s
necessary to continue actively monitor infectious diseases causing epidemics in
the area. In February and early March, no cases of infectious diseases are
particularly dangerous. As of March 6th, there are 7 cases of infected
and suspected to have measles.
