The district has defined administrative reform as one of the breakthrough solutions in socio-economic development. In 2021, the district solved on time 6,935 out of the 7,419 dossiers submitted and the remaining ones were being processed.

Pham Van Tuan, a resident of Vu Ban township, said he went to the district’s one-stop shop to register the business licence for the first time and got it three days later.

"We find that the settlement of administrative procedures is quick and it does take much time since the one-stop shop was put into operation,” he said, adding that he was enthusiastically guided by its staff. Bui Van Linh, Chairman of the district People's Committee, said in 2021 the organisation of State apparatus was reviewed and streamlined. Staff underwent training to improve their professional skills together with the application of information technology from the district to the commune level. All dossiers are handled on the system. The settlement of administrative procedures at the one-stop shop will be supervised regularly to ensure publicity, transparency and efficiency in order to create satisfaction of people and businesses.
