(HBO) - On November 17th, the Department of Education and Training held a ceremony to celebrate the 40th anniversary of Vietnamese Teachers' Day (November 20, 1982 - November 20, 2022). 

There were Mr. Nguyen Phi Long, the alternate member of the Central Committee of the Party, the Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Mr. Hoang Van Hon, the former member of the Central Committee of the Party, the former Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Mr. Bui Van Tinh, the former member of the Central Committee of the Party, the former Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Mr. Tran Dang Ninh, the former Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, the former Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, the former Head of the Provincial Delegation of National Assembly, Mr. Bui Van Khanh, the Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Mr. Bach Cong Dieu, the former Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, the former Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Mr. Nguyen Van Quang, the former Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, the former Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and other people from the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, the leaders from the People's Council, the People's Committee, the Provincial Fatherland Front attending the ceremony.

The leaders from the Provincial Party Committee, the People's Council and the Provincial People's Committee are giving flowers to congratulate the provincial education and training sector.

The speech at the celebration presented by Ms. Bui Thi Kim Tuyen, the Director of the Department of Education and Training, highlights the important results achieved by the provincial education and training sector. After 40 years for the cause of "planting people” and after 31 years of re-establishing the province, Hoa Binh's education and training career has made great progress. Up to now, the whole industry has 564 branches and party committees with over 11,900 party members; a total nearly 19,500 managers, teachers and staff are working in 532 units and schools; a total of students is 237,762. 

Promoting the good tradition of Vietnamese teachers, Hoa Binh's teaching staff always receive the attention and leadership from the Provincial Party Committee, the People's Council, the People's Committee, and the care of the people of all ethnic groups in the province. There are many outstanding and typical teachers who have been recognized by the Party and State. After 15 turns of reviewing awards, the President has awarded 1title of the People's Teacher and 55 titles of excellent teachers. Entering a new phase, the education and training sector continues to clearly define the important role of the teachers. Thereby, they have been synchronously deploying the solutions to build a clean, strong and brave team, which is on bar with the task to continue promoting the cause of education and training. 

Making a speech at the celebration, Mr. Nguyen Phi Long, the alternate Member of the Central Committee of the Party, the Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee sent the best wishes to the generations of teachers. He emphasized that over the years, the education and training sector has had many creative solutions and measures to drastically innovate management, teaching and learning methods, testing and evaluation in order to promote the stidents’ positivity, initiative and creativity, contributing to improving the quality of education and achieving many positive results. These achievements have been greatly contributed by the team of teachers. 

The Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee emphasized: The province gives priority to investing resources in education and training development. In particular, it is necessary to focus on developing the teaching staff, especially the teachers in remote and remote areas. Despite facing many difficulties, the education and training sector has well implemented Uncle Ho's words: "No matter how difficult it is, we must continue to emulate good teaching and learning”. 

On this occasion, the Department of Education and Training commended 11 collectives and 31 individuals with the outstanding achievements in a special emulation to celebrate the 40th anniversary of Vietnamese Teachers' Day. 

After the celebration, Mr. Nguyen Phi Long, the alternate Member of the Central Committee of the Party, the Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee had a talk and congratulated the People's Teacher, Mr. Nguyen Bach Dang, the former Director of the Department of Education and Training (from 1991 to 1997), who has made important contributions to the cause of education and training in Hoa Binh province.
