On the afternoon of November 29, the Steering Committee completed the criteria for Hoa Binh city to be recognized as the type II urban area under Hoa Binh province at the first Steering Committee meeting. Comrade Bui Van Khanh, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee chaired.

Up to now, Hoa Binh city meets 3/5 criteria, 52/63 urban standards of  the type II urban area. In which, two criteria have not been met: population density; infrastructure development and urban landscape architecture.

Based on the results, Hoa Binh city proposed solutions: Accelerating the progress of site clearance of industrial zones and clusters; housing, tourism and commercial development projects; focus on preparing to launch and speed up progress on main and important routes...

In conclusion, Comrade Bui Van Khanh, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee suggested branches and sectors in Hoa Binh province participating to resolve the public investment budget; arranging capital sources, accelerating the progress of projects... Party Committees and city authorities continued to promote a proactive role in performing tasks, promptly responding to reporting difficulties to resolve...
