In December 28th, the Appraisal Council considering and recognizing the communes meeting the standard of the new, advanced new and new model of the rural areas in 2023 in Hoa Binh province for the period 2021-2025 held a vote to recognize the communes that meets the standard of the new, advanced new and new model of the rural areas in 2023 in Hoa Binh province. At the conference, the Emulation Council has compiled a report on the results of the dossier appraisal and the level of meeting the new rural criteria of 7 communes trying to reach the finish line in 2023, including Van Nghia (Lac Son); Da Phuc (Yen Thuy); Doc Lap (Hoa Binh City) Thung Nai (Cao Phong); Nhan My (Tan Lac); Dong Bac, Vinh Tien (Kim Boi) and 3 communes striving for advanced rural areas are Nhuan Trach (Luong Son), Phu Lai (Yen Thuy) and Hoa Binh commune (Hoa Binh city).

At the conference, the Emulation Council heard reports on the results of implementing the criteria for building new rural areas of 10 communes and the results of verification and appraisal of the documents for the recognition of meeting the standards of the new and advanced rural areas. The general assessment of the implementation results of 7 communes achieving 19 criteria shows that: the communes have highly focused on the production development, prioritizing the development of the key commodity products, replicating the current production models that is effectively operating, developing the production chains associated with consumption. So far, the average income of the communes has reached 43.46 million VND/person/year; The poverty rate is 11.9%. The infrastructure has built according to the planning of the new rủal areas; The political system has firmly been consolidated. The total capital mobilized to build the new rural areas of the communes is over 1,800 billion VND.

For the 3 communes proposed to be considered and recognized to meet the standards for the advanced new rural areas in 2023, on the basis of the appraisal reports of the departments, branches and units of the province in charge, appraising the indicators and criteria of the advanced new rural communes in 2023, two communes, Nhuan Trach and Phu Lai, have met 19mout of the 19 criteria. The Emulation Council voted for the communes proposed to be evaluated and recognized to meet the standard of the new and advanced rural areas in 2023. As a result, 100% of members of the Emulation Council voted to recognize 7 communes meeting the standard of the new rural areas and 2 communes meeting the standard of the new advanced rural areas.

Making the conclusion speech at the conference, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee said this was a very remarkable achievement of the people and the local authorities in building the new rural areas. He highly appreciated the working spirit of the members of the Emulation Council, who were always thorough, fair and principled. For the dossiers of the communes proposing for appraisal to meet the standard of the new and new advanced rural areas, they have basically met the criteria; However, some criteria were still modest and they need to be urgently completed and exceeded in the near future. The Coordination Office of the new rural areas was assigned to complete the documents to submit to the Provincial People's Committee to recognize the communes that meet the criteria for new and new advance rural areas in 2023.
