In 2001,  Ms. Nhuan established the enterprise named Dinh Nhuan Trading joint Stock Company. Her interesting business is the distribution of food, necessities. In 2005, she was land- leased by the province with an area for 50 years to build For Hoa Binh Supermarket. Since September 2008, the supermarket of For Peace started running in business, came into operation. By 2012, she bravely developed the type of conference services, restaurants and hotels. Her idea was approved by the province and facilitated the lease of land to expand the site. After 2 years under construction, Hoa Binh Conference Center was put into operation with the capacity of serving nearly 2,000 visitors per day, 7 meeting halls and 1 large hall accommodating about 1,000 seats.

By learning and gaining experience, she continues to get the success impressions. Hoa Binh Conference Center has luxurious space, modern facilities, professional staff to serve conferences, seminars, events, weddings. Hoa Dao Hotel is a perfect place to combine relaxation with shopping - entertainment - culinary feast. The clear evidence for success is best demonstrated in the development of the enterprise. The sales turnover of goods, conferences, hotels and restaurants of companies increases by 10% on average annually, and in 2018, it rose by 12%. It is estimated that at the end of February 2019, the hotel has the largest scale in the province, reaching 4-star standard with 12 floors, nearly 100 comfortable rooms with facilities such as swimming pool, tennis court, gym, which will be put into operation by Dinh Nhuan Trading joint Stock Company.

Currently, the company has 170 employees, workers who are guaranteed the regime in accordance with the Labor Law. They can buy insurances, organize tours, holidays, take care of training and facilitating workers. The lowest salary of the employee working in the enterprise is 6 million VND / month while the highest one is 17-25 million VND / month.
