We came to the Production group of Gai cakes in Hanh Phuc village, which has kept the tradition of making cookies for decades. The Cooperative group of making Gai cakes officially received the Decision on 28 August, 2018, including 6 members of women, who have been experienced and skilled in making Gai cakes and had a reputation in the commune. Through knowing, the process of making cakes is very skillful, requiring the craftsman to be skillful, delicate in every step.

In Hop Thinh commune, only Hanh Phuc village still preserves the tradition of making traditional Gai cakes. Previously, Gai cake was only made on the holidays, Tet but now, it is baked all year round to serve the needs of consumers. Since the establishment of the cooperative group, the products of Gai cakes in Hanh Phuc village has become increasingly popular in the market, customers all- around come to buy more and more. Gai cake products of the cooperative group are present at the market of women startup fair.

Ms. Bui Thi Kim Lien, a member of the Cooperative group of Gai cake production, said: "At present, Hanh Phuc Gai cakes are present in most grocery stores, agents inside and outside the district. Every month, the Cooperative Group produces from 3,000 to 4,000 units of cake serving the needs of consumers, especially on Tet holiday, the number is double or even triple. Besides Gai cakes, the Cooperative Group also makes Rom cakes, Gac cakes, etc. It is about two months up to Tet from now, but there are many orders placed more than 10.000 units of cakes. From now to Tet holiday, the numbers of order is expected more and more. With the price from 3,000 to 7,000 VND / a cake, depending on the model, after reducing all the expenses, a member of the cooperative group has an average income of 4-5 million VND per month”. In the coming time, with the support of the Party Committee, the commune authorities, the cooperative group will expand the scale of production, invest more in material facilities, continue to build the brand and take the products more popular on the market.
