(HBO) Having deep understanding and being active, enthusiastic, and exemplary to fulfill all the assigned tasks are the recognitions of the officials and people about Ms. Bui Thi Vuong – the head of Na Bai Fatherland Front Committee ( Dung Phong commune, Cao Phong) - female cadre who is good both at the social work and the housework.


Not only enthusiastic in her work, Ms. Bui Thi Square, the head of Na Bai Fatherland Front Committee, Dung Phong Commune (Cao Phong) is also a woman who is good at housework and doing business well.

Ms. Vuong said that in the process of implementing the front work, especially the propaganda, mobilization, first of all, the officials working in the front must propagate well, stating the purpose, the meaning and the content of propaganda so that people can understand. There are things that are not only said once, but many times. The way we express and propagate softly, clearly and meaningfully will affect the way people will listen, follow and perform well.

Being a member of the Party foe 23 years, she has taken gone through many different positions. For nearly 10 years of working in the front work, more than 20 years joining the Women's Union branch, serving as deputy director of the Women's Union, Party Cell's Secretary, the Head of Na Bai Fatherland Front Committee, no matter waht Ms. does she also try her best to fulfill the assigned tasks.

Not only is she enthusiastic in her work, she is also a woman who takes good care of the housework. Outside of working hours, taking advantage of free time, she and her husband have actively participated in the family economic development. Up till now, her family has had over 200 orange trees and over 2,000 m² of purple sugarcane. Every year, after each harvest season, the sugarcane and orange orchards give Mrs. Vuong's family a revenue of over 100 million VND.

Ms. Bui Thi Vuong, responsible staff, has great contribution in the results achieved in building a great unity mass in Na Bai hamlet in particular and in Dung Phong commune in general.
