(HBO) - The secretary of Chieng Chau Ha Cong Hoi Communist Youth Union has boldly renovated the way of doing business, the community tourism has brought the unique combination of tradition and modernity to satisfy tourists.

Mr. Ha Cong Hoi, Lac village, Chieng Chau commune (Mai Chau) has been planting a lot of flower beds, decorating fence for visitors to enjoy.

The boy 8X Ha Cong Hoi Hieu Hoi started Hieu Hoi homestay belonging to Lac village, Chieng Chau commune in 2008. Through a long time of doing the community tourism in the traditional way, it has shown that attracting visitors is not high. He thought that it was necessary to change to better meet the needs of visitors, Mr. Hoi boldly borrowed more than 500 million VND to invest in upgrading the homestay harmoniously combining the modernity with the tradition, changing from architecture to the layout.

To preserve the identity, Mr. Hoi has maintained two houses with two spacious and airy community bedrooms. Unlike the other homestays, he has designed and built a concrete house on stilts with 1 community bedroom and 2 self-contained rooms with air conditioning and fan cooling systems for the families with few people or individual travelers. In addition, he has built a kitchen with 80 square meters in size so that visitors can comfortably cook their own dishes with national dishes. The concrete yard of nearly 500 square meters on the site is an ideal place for visitors to organize outdoor barbecue events or barbecue. This is a rare point in traditional homestay, showing that he has focused on the space for visitors to rest and play.

The best thing that he 8X young man is interested is the idea of space innovation that is friendly to the environment. That is planting many flower beds of all kinds on the fence of the family to decorate and to let visitors enjoy. He has combined with the decorative stone underneath the wooden floor, tables and chairs made of bamboo and wood (with couches) so that visitors can have a sense of new, unique and strange space.

Besides, some of Mr. Hoi's homestay services have met the needs of tourists such as the trams to transport visitors to go sightseeing in the village, organizing the camp fire, the cultural show with national identity of Thai ethnic people.

That method, Mr. Hoi has brought about 1,200 turns of visitors a year. He can get over 150 million VND a year except for the expense. In the role of Secretary of the Communist Youth Union of the commune, Mr. Hoi regularly supports and shares his experience of making new kind of homestay for some other young people in the area.
