At the event, the two sides exchanged views on
the development of Hoa Binh’s colleges of education into Thai Nguyen
University’s branches as well as discussed the operational models, management
mechanisms, training and other activities of the university’s branch in Ha
Giang province.
Following the discussions, they agreed to sign a
Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on collaboration in training, scientific
research, technology transfer, policy consultation, establishment of a Thai
Nguyen University’s branch in Hoa Binh province, and curriculum development,
among others.
Speaking at the event, Chuong affirmed the
province’s resolve to carry out its planning on building a higher education
facility in the locality, helping improve the capacity of human resources
training, optimise existing infrastructure, and support local socio-economic
development in the coming time.
