HBO – The work of pre-marriage reproductive health care for youths and juveniles has been paid due attention in Tu Ne commune (Tan Lac district), with no child marriages and near-blood ones recorded. Tu Ne commune has gradually curbed the sex imbalance at birth. In 2018, a total of 49 babies were born, including 24 boys and 25 girls. To improve the quality of population, the communal
Party committee and authorities have encouraged people to implement effectively
