Tu Ne commune has gradually curbed the sex imbalance at birth. In 2018, a total of 49 babies were born, including 24 boys and 25 girls. To improve the quality of population, the communal
Party committee and authorities have encouraged people to implement effectively
the population and family planning policy. It also defines the population work
