(HBO) – 100 excellent youths and students coming from Vietnam - Laos came to Hoa Binh to participate in the significant activities in the "Following the leaders” journey. Both the representatives of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of 2 nations and Hoa Binh province took part.

The
"Following the leaders of Vietnam- Laos 2017” program is an important politics event for youths coming from 2 nations. It marked
the 55th anniversary of the Diplomatic Establishment Day of Relationship and the 40thanniversary of the Signed Day
of the Friendly and Cooperative Agreement between Vietnam and Laos. It was also a practical
activity to educate the young people contributively, especially the students of the
exceptional solidarity between Vietnamand Laos.
At the same time, it also reviewed the traditionally fought alliance, the affective and grateful support
of the two parties, two nations and people
coming from 2 countries during the independent struggle in the past and the present construction
and development of the state.

The
deputation already took the commemorative photographs at the National
historical monument - a place where the second Congress of the Laos People’s
Party (in a precinct of the provincially Military Command) took place.
During the
program, the youth delegates
visited and discovered the historical sites where the leaders coming from 2
states including President Ho Chi Minh, President Cay-xon Phom-vi-han and
President Xu-pha-nu-vong lived, learned and worked together. They also explored
the historical spots associating with the victory of troops and people in the
struggle for the national independence. The scheduled activities implemented in
the provinces and cities such as Nghe An, Ha Noi, Hoa Binh, Son La (Vietnam) and Hua Phan, Xieng Khoang (Laos).
In our
province, 100 classy youths and students coming from 2 countries visited the Nationally historical vestige - a place where the second Congress of the Laos People’s Party (in a precinct
of the provincially Military Command) chaired by President Cay-xon Phom-vi-hanoccured. They also carried the thuribles and put the
garlands at the Uncle Ho Monumentat the Hoa Binh Hydropower Plant. After that, they detected the Tay Tien Statue - a historical relic
relating with the achievement of the Tay Tien Army. The monument was
established in 1947 combining with Lao’s Soldiers to protect the frontiers of the
two nations. In the evening of the same day, the
artistic exchanged and discussed program
of the youths coming from 2 countries were organized./.
Nguyen Phi Long, alternate member of the Party Central Committee and Secretary of the Hoa Binh provincial Party Committee, chaired a meeting of the provincial Party Committee’s Standing Board on April 17 to discuss a number of investment projects and matters related to promoting the province’s socio-economic growth.

The 17th-tenure Hoa Binh provincial Party Committee recently convened its 20th meeting. The session was chaired by Nguyen Phi Long, alternate member of the Party Central Committee and Secretary of the provincial Party Committee; Bui Thi Minh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee and Chairwoman of the provincial People's Council; and Bui Duc Hinh, Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee. Also in attendance were other members of the provincial Party Committee and leaders of several provincial departments and agencies.
A delegation of the Indian Embassy in Vietnam led by Ambasador Sandeep Arya paid a working trip to Hoa Binh province on April 1, aiming to explore cooperation opportunities. The delegation was received by Nguyen Phi Long, alternate member of the Party Central Committee and Secretary of the Hoa Binh provincial Party Committee, along with Nguyen Van Chuong, Vice Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee, and representatives from various departments and agencies.
A delegation from the Standing Board of the Hoa Binh provincial Party Committee led by Nguyen Phi Long, an alternate member of the Party Central Committee and Secretary of the provincial Party Committee, on March 20 inspected the progress of the Hoa Binh - Moc Chau expressway project in Mai Chau district.
