(HBO) - On the occasion of the 77th National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2022), in the afternoon of August 30, Mr. Nguyen Phi Long, the alternate member of the Central Committee of the Party, the Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee visited and presented gifts to the officials and the people of Muong Khoi Revolutionary War Zone in An Nghia and Tan My communes (Lac Son). There were also the leaders of the Provincial Military Headquaters, the Provincial Youth Union, Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, the District’s Party Committee, the People's Committee of Lac Son district accompanying.

Muong Khoi war zone is one of the cradles of the province's revolutionary movement, belonging to the system of Hoa - Ninh - Thanh war zone. Here, the Party Committee of Bac Ky opened a concentrated military training class. At the same time, it was also the area of revolutionary activities of many key officials of the revolutionary movement of the province and other provinces in Bac Ky. In the uprising movement to seize power in August 1945, Muong Khoi was the place where the revolutionary forces and the masses conducted the first successful uprising to seize power in the province. 

Over the past years, promoting the revolutionary tradition of the heroic homeland, the officials and the people in An Nghia commune have always believed in the leadership of the Party, they have united and worked together for the socio-economic development, and maintained the national defence - security. The people's material and spiritual life is constantly improving, and the new rural appearance has been flourishing.

After offering incense at the Monument of Heroes and Martyrs, visiting the traditional house of Muong Khoi Revolutionary War Zone, the delegation met, visited and presented gifts to the officials and the people in An Nghia commune; visited and presented gifts to the veteran revolutionary officials, the pre-insurrection officials who are still living in Tan My commune. Mr. Nguyen Phi Long, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, acknowledged and praised the results and achievements of the communes, suggesting that the communes continue promoting their revolutionary homeland tradition, trying to complete the the goals and tasks set by the Resolution of the Party Congress at all levels for the term of 2020-2025 term in the coming time.

On this occasion, the delegation visited and presented gifts to revolutionary veterans, the pre-insurrection officials who are still living in Tan My commune.
