The event was attended by Bui Duc Hinh, Deputy Secretary of the Hoa Binh Party Committee and Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee, along with leaders of the provincial Military Command.
Bui Duc Hinh, Deputy Secretary of the Hoa Binh Party Committee and Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee presents certificates of merit to officers engaging in the military parade celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification.
The provincial Military Command had nine female service members who took part in the event. These individuals demonstrated a strong sense of responsibility, actively overcame difficulties, strictly complied with all rules, regulations, and training plans, and successfully fulfilled the assigned tasks. All nine servicewomen were recognised and awarded by military authorities at various levels.
Among them, one officer received a certificate of merit from the Minister of National Defence. Three were presented certificates of merit by the Chief of the General Staff of the Vietnam People’s Army. Five others were honoured by the Command of Military Region 3.
In recognition of their achievements, the Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee decided to present certificates of merit to all nine female service members.
Speaking at the event, Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee Bui Duc Hinh praised and congratulated the nine for their outstanding performance.
He noted that their success created a highlight in the province's implementation of national defence and military tasks for the year 2025. He expressed his hope that upon returning to their units, the servicewomen would continue to overcome difficulties and work closely with their comrades to accomplish all assigned missions.
Hinh assigned the provincial Military Command the task of selecting, dispatching, and providing the best possible conditions for service members to take part in training for the military parade commemorating the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - 2025) and National Day (September 2, 1945 - 2025).
