(HBO) - Immediately after the Lunar New Year, the atmosphere of urgent production emulation on key projects is taking place to celebrate the 90th anniversary of the Party's establishment (February 2, 1930 - February 3, 2020) and the 17th Provincial Party Congress, aiming at building a synchronous infrastructure system, which connects and opens up opportunities for strong development in attracting investment and economic development of the province. The project of road connecting the National Road 6 with Chi
Lang Street (Hoa Binh City) is a project in the works to welcome the 17th Party
Congress of the province. The project with a total investment of 220 billion
VND designed in sync with the infrastructure of Hoa Binh city, has completed
the necessary procedures and officially started in late January 2020. The major
investor is working closely with the departments, the functional agencies, the
city authorities to promptly remove difficulties and problems related to the
land clearance, directing the contractors to organize the construction of the
project to ensure the proposed schedule, and to welcome the Provincial Party Congress.


The project of improving and upgrading the road 435 plays an
important role in attracting investment and developing the national tourism
area of Hoa Binh lake. Under the direction of the Provincial People's
Committee, the investor has urged the contractor to organize the construction
simultaneously, trying to complete the technical clearance of the entire route
before August 30, 2020. The contractor of the concrete is in Ngoi Hoa commune
(Tan Lac).

The project of Hoa Binh Bridge 2 started in late 2019. The
bridge was built in the area of Cu Chinh Lan road, from the end of Da Giang
dike to the area of Thinh Minh sandy beach, Thinh Lang ward, connecting with
Hoang Van Thu road, the left bank of Da River. When being completed, it will
open up the great opportunities for development. The investor are directing the
contractor to drastically organize the construction, trying to complete the
disbursement plan.
The project of the White Bridge with the invested capital of
36 billion VND, has officially completed unit 1, ensuring traffic before the
Lunar New Year and serving the travel needs of the local people.

Over 1,500 women paraded in traditional ao dai (long dress) at Hoa Binh Square on March 5 to mark Ao Dai Week 2025 launched by the Vietnam Women's Union. Organised by the provincial Women’s Union in collaboration with the city’s chapter, the annual event features lively folk dance performances and a colorful parade that celebrated the beauty of Vietnam’s traditional dress and its rich cultural heritage.
With skillful and meticulous craftsmanship, H’Mong women in Pa Co Commune, Mai Chau district carefully carry out dozens of manual steps to weave skirts, bags, scarves… with vibrant colors. They continue to preserve the traditional brocade weaving, transforming these products into tourism goods while also promoting the H’Mong people's unique cultural beauty.
