(HBO) – Authorities of Luong Son district has been tasked with mobilising resources for building the town-level administrative unit infrastructure by 2025.
(HBO) – As of September 30, the branch of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies (VBSP) in Hoa Binh province had disbursed more than 3,400 loans worth 212.3 billion VND (over 8.5 million USD) for socio-economic recovery and development under the Government’s Resolution 11/NQ-CP.
(HBO) - Implementing the "Farmers emulate in good production and business, unite to help each other get rich and reduce poverty sustainably" movement, the Farmers' Associations at all levels in Hoa Binh province have disseminated information to all communes, wards, and towns, and encouraged association members to participate in the movement. By the end of September, the whole province had over 65,570 households registered for the title of good production and business households.
(HBO) - According to the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies (VBSP)’s branch in Hoa Binh province, in the past nine months, the lending programme for clean water supply and environmental sanitation in rural areas is among those with highest capital disbursement with 150.5 billion VND (about 6 million USD) worth of loans to over 7,800 households. To date, the total outstanding lending of this credit programme has topped 619 billion VND, ranking fourth among credit programmes that the branch is implementing.
(HBO) – Chapters of all levels of the Hoa Binh farmers’ association have been taking practical activities to promote safe practices in the production, processing, and distribution of agricultural products. Currently, hundreds of products supplied by the members are on sale at reasonable prices across the association’s system of safe farm produce stores.
(HBO) – In the first nine months of this year, Hoa Binh approved the investment plans and granted licences to 45 domestically-invested projects with combined capital of over 31.48 trillion VND (1.31 billion USD), representing a rise of 30 projects and 129.4% in value compared to the same period last year.

(HBO) - "The Product Story” is an important criterion in the National Criteria for OCOP product evaluation and classification; it accounts for 10/100 points in the OCOP product rating and classification scale. The interesting and attractive product story contributes to enhancing the value of OCOP products.
(HBO) – In 2022, Hoa Binh aims for economic growth of 9%, State budget collection of over 6.4 trillion VND (267.61 million USD), and total social investment of about 19.7 trillion VND, which is completely feasible as the province recorded growth of 10.32% in the first nine months of this year, according to Nguyen Van Thang, Director of the provincial Department of Planning and Investment.

(HBO) – On October 3, 2017, the Hoa Binh provincial Party Committee issued Resolution No 17-NQ/TU on the development of the province’s momentum zone by 2020, with a vision to 2030. The zone covers Hoa Binh city, Luong Son district, and the northern part of Lac Thuy district. It is designated as an urban and industrial zone that gives an impulse to local socio-economic development and focuses on urban, industrial, trade, and service development to help fuel growth in neighbouring areas.
(HBO) - For a long time, Cao Phong orange has been known as a specialty of Hoa Binh province thanks to its superior quality compared to many similar products in the market. In particular, this kind of orange is one of the five agricultural products of the province that are included in Vietnam’s Top Gift Specialties and Products in the 2021 – 2022 period by the Vietnam Record Organisation.

(HBO) - According to the report of the Department of Ethnic Minority Affairs of Da Bac district, the Department has coordinated with the relevant agencies and the People's Committees of the district’s communes to conduct a survey of the area growing precious medicinal plants recently.
(HBO) - Towards a green and environmentally-friendly agriculture, many agricultural cooperatives in Hoa Binh province have used biological products in pest prevention and control and composted organic fertilisers to manure plants. Green agricultural models have helped reduce production costs, create clean and safe food for consumers, and at the same time create a healthy living environment.
(HBO) - With the efforts of administrations at all levels and sectors, Hoa Binh province now has 100 products that meet provincial OCOP (One Commune – One Product) standards, including 22 four-star and 78 three-star products.
(HBO) - Hoa Binh province is giving priority to developing community-based tourism villages recognised by the "One Commune, One Product” (OCOP) programme in an effort to not only create jobs and improve rural earnings but also sustainably preserve local traditional culture.
(HBO) - Lac Son is a large and densely populated district with not many favourable conditions for development. But over the past time, it has effectively applied the province's guidelines and orientations to its specific conditions. As a result, Lac Son has gained a lot of outstanding achievements in personnel work, land management and investment attraction.
(HBO) – Hoa Binh city has to date had 16 products joining the One Commune One Product (OCOP) Programme certified as OCOP ones at the provincial level, including nine three-star ad seven four-star products.
