(HBO) – On December 21, a working group of Hoa Binh led by leaders of the provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF) Committee visited and presented Christmas gifts to Phat Diem Diocese in Ninh Binh province. The group also gathered leaders of the provincial Party Committee’s Mass Mobilisation Commission and Department of Home Affairs.
(HBO) - On December 21st, the Emulation Division of the Fatherland Front and the province's socio-political organizations organized a review of the emulation movement in 2020, implementing the directions and tasks in 2021.
(HBO) – Shortly after the second Party Congress, for 2020-2025, of Phong Phu commune (Tan Lac district) wrapped up on June 17, the communal Party Committee adopted the working regulations and agenda for the whole tenure and assigned detailed tasks to its members. In the two following weeks, the congress’s resolution and the action programme to implement this resolution were disseminated to all the Party members in the local Party organisation. These have illustrated Phong Phu commune’s drastic moves to carry out all-level Party congresses’ resolutions.
(HBO) - Efforts have been made to call for donations from agencies, organisations, individuals, and firms in both Hoa Binh and other localities for the "For the Poor” fund of the province. More than 14.29 billion VND (618,000 USD) has been raised.
(HBO) - Secretary of Hoa Binh province’s Party Committee Ngo Van Tuan had a working session with the standing board of Tan Lac district’s Party Committee on November 25 to discuss the socio-economic development in 2020 and tasks in the time ahead. (HBO) – The People’s Committee of Hoa Binh on November 13 held a conference to review the implementation of the Vietnam youth development strategy and the provincial programme for youth development in the 2011-2020 period. The conference also looked back at 10 years conducting Resolution 45/NQ-CP which was issued on September 11, 2009 by the Government.
(HBO) – The 16th People’s Council of Hoa Binh in the 2016-2021 tenure held its 17th meeting on November 11. The event drew Ngo Van Tuan, Secretary of the provincial Party Committee, and representatives from the central Party agencies.

(HBO) – Lac Thuy district’s armed forces have presented over 3,000 bicycles, hundreds of fans, and study tools like caculators and school bags to disadvantaged children under the "Accompanying students” programme. Particularly, 200 students have got monthly allowances of 300,000 VND (12.95 USD) each.
(HBO) – The People’s Committee of Luong Son District, Hoa Binh Province, on October 14 officially launched a store for promoting and distributing the district’s signature farm produces and "One Commune, One Product” (OCOP) products at the central market.

Last November, the province’s public services portal was officially connected with the national portal via its data sharing and integration platform, marking a milestone in the local development of e-Government.
