(HBO) - The National Academy of Defense has coordinated with the Military Command of Hoa Binh province to hold a meeting with Cambodian officers and trainees attending the 16th training course at the academy.
The event drew the participation of Colonel Nguyen Van Hong, head of the academy’s International Students Management Department, Lieutenant General Duang Chanh, head of the Cambodian delegation. Leaders of the Party Committee and the provincial Military Command and heads of the Departments of General Staff, Politics, Logistics and Techniques also attended the event.

(HBO) – The youth union of Mobifone Company Zone 4 on October 15 coordinated with Mobifone Hoa Binh in organising a programme entitled "Mobifone youth join hands with people in flood-hit areas” in two communes of Suoi Nanh and Dong Nghe (Da Bac district), with the participation of 30 members. These are two communes hardest hit by recent downpours and floods.

(HBO) – The Hoa Binh branch of the military-run telecommunication company Viettel Group on September 29 presented 170 scholarship from the programme "For Studious Children” to 170 needy students in 17 extremely poor communes in Da Bac district of Hoa Binh. Each scholarship was valued at 1 million VND, including 500,000 VND in cash and 500,000 VND worth in kind. Nguyen Van Chuong, Vice Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee attended the event.
